If it looks like a duck…or pieces of a duck…then it must be…something involving an old San Diego Chargers baseball cap?

Um. No. No Tron references. This is all understructure. Hint #3 will be a little farther along, but still no surface. Because then you’ll have a good idea.
What you’re seeing in the second photo is a chunk of foam having been butchered into usable shapes with the electric carving knife (it cuts through like butter—that was the TLC reference. Picked that one up from good ol’ Ed and Joe (The Furniture Guys) on TLC.

And a point to Ian for recognizing the San Diego Chargers cap, which Jon won as part of some healthy snack contest one week last year. Don’t know where it came from, but the bill’s been trimmed and it part of the understructure now.

Is it a wonder pet or some kind of show Jon watches on video?
