For the Doctor Who fans out there…

If you’ve enjoyed the latest series and can’t wait to see the next season, hey! in just a month and 8 days CBC will be playing the single episode The Christmas Invasion! But wait! Better than a sneak preview! The Beeb presented a charity show this evening called Children in Need and it had a five-minute scene specially written for this event! The scene takes place immediately after the last episode.

Incidentally, if you haven’t finished watching the latest series—MEGHAN and AUSTIN—you can’t watch this. Major spoilers. Especially if you don’t even know the title of the second last episode that your cousin said out loud to you*. Geez. Sorry, that was to Meghan and Austin again. So if you haven’t finished watching the series, you’ll just have to be nice to your uncle, won’t you, so you can see those remaining episodes. I’m talking to all of you now. Be nice to your uncle.

Except for those of you who have seen the episodes. You guys can openly ignore your uncles, and enjoy…

* And for the last time, it’s not “Time War”.

  1. Tough! Austin and I watched it already without finishing the other episodes. Are you sure it isn’t Time War?

  2. Ooh, tough room!

So, Meghan and Austin, is it any good? I can’t watch if from the public library where I go to surf…

  3. Wow, it is a tough room. But it makes our Christmas shopping easier when all I have to figure out is what grade of coal to buy for my niece and nephew.

Good news, David! We’ve got a higher res version—much clearer video and audio—of the file, that you can drop by and watch any time. I’ll show it to anybody. Anybody who’s seen the first season through. 🙂
