We just got Jon’s school photos and—will wonders never cease?—we actually got three decent shots (unlike previous years where we were lucky to get one—and that after retakes). But we can’t decide which one to get reprints of. Can you help us decide?

Not that I tried to vote twice, but you can’t vote twice. Clever. And frustrating, if I were the type of person to try voting twice. Which I’m not.

I think that Jon looks cute in the 1st picture but my mom and Austin voted for the 3rd one!

#1 is perky but I’d like a #3 please.

5 votes for #2. To even up the bias voting.

#1 ’cause I like that mischievous look in his eyes. Gotta keep the parents and teachers on their toes!

Yes, Tamiko, that’s exactly why I like it.
So Jon! Which one do you like?

I asked Jon which one he’d like and he said #1. Of course, that could change to something else tomorrow…

You know, I couldn’t choose. I liked them all, for different reasons. Even #2, which I think no one voted for.

I liked picture #3.
If Jon sticks with bowling, shouldn’t we get him one of those two-tone shirts with his name embroidered on it? Or his nickname?

Well, we went and ordered a package of #3s (majority rules!). But there also may be a surprise for the family members who liked #1….
